1 Who May Use 977det

To register an account and use the 977det platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 977det or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You have not previously had a 977det account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• The funds you deposit belong to you and are not proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or any corporate entity when placing bets or playing games.

2 Account Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 977det. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 977det reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

977det may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request supporting documentation to verify the identity and age of any account holder. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to pass verification may be suspended pending the submission of satisfactory documents.

3 Deposit Rules

All deposits on 977det are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The available payment methods and applicable limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

977det does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; these are outside 977det's control. Deposit funds are credited to your account balance as soon as payment confirmation is received from your payment provider.

977det reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification; 977det may request documents confirming your identity, ownership of the payment method, and the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. These timelines are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or due to issues outside 977det's control.

Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited from the withdrawal amount.

977det reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000. During such checks, the processing timeline may be extended by up to 5 business days. Players will be notified by email or in-app message if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.

5 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 977det are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined bonus and deposit amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's dedicated terms.

977det reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or abuse of promotional mechanics will be confiscated and the associated account may be closed.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through the use of multiple accounts or shared devices is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.

6 General Gameplay Conduct

You agree to use the 977det platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not use any software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any winnings associated with automated play may be voided.

All bets placed on 977det are final once confirmed. If a technical error occurs during a game round and a round cannot be completed, the bet amount will be returned to the player's balance. 977det's decision in resolving such incidents is final.

977det offers games from third-party certified providers. Game rules, return-to-player percentages, and payout structures are set by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information section. 977det does not modify these parameters.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed.

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 977det's sport-specific rules, which are available in the help section of the betting lobby. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of a reliable data feed; in the event of a data feed failure, in-play betting may be suspended without notice.

Maximum win limits apply to all sports betting markets. The applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum may be reduced to the maximum limit at 977det's discretion.

8 Activities Strictly Prohibited on 977det

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 977det platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses by registering multiple accounts or exploiting promotion mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the 977det platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 977det staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 977det's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

977det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 977det reserves the right to withhold and void any remaining balance, including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where no breach is found, real-money funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 977det support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements.

10 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming difficult to control may request a self-exclusion period at any time. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. To activate self-exclusion, contact the 977det support team. Once active, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the period has elapsed. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive any marketing communications from 977det.

11 Platform Liability

977det provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, and events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 977det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, lost data, or financial loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

977det's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

977det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
